The mission of Social Ministries is to educate the people of our parish community on the principles of Catholic Social Teaching and its application to contemporary local, national, and international issues, to advocate for public policy which affirms that all human life is sacred, to help the bereaved and imprisoned. To lend our time and support whether physically or monetarily, and to help all in need in and out of our parish community.
The purpose of this ministry is to provide support to members of St Titus Parish who are experiencing grief through the death of a loved one. The Church calls each member of Christ's Body to participate in the ministry of consolation: to care for the dying, to pray for the dead, and to comfort all who mourn. Our Lord is the example of comfort and support to the grieving. At this time our Bereavement Ministry is through Our Lady of Fatima Parish. Please contact Sister Margie Frazer 724-375-7626

Stewardship is a grateful response to God's love. Based in Scripture all that we are and all that we have flows from God as a gift. In turn, we serve as stewards of our spiritual and material gifts and we share this gift in love of God and our neighbor. As disciples of the Lord, we recognize the Lord our God as the source of all blessings and are called to prayerfully consider a proper return to Him in our giving.
Brothers and Sisters of St. Titus Parish: On Sunday, January 25th, Bishop David Zubik announced the results of Our Campaign for The Church Alive! More than 44,000 donors representing about 130,000 Catholics across the Diocese of Pittsburgh have pledged gifts totaling $230,309,054. The target was $125,000,000. To date, $62,667,752 has been received, including
$644,398.00 here at St. Titus Parish. Already, the Campaign is having a positive impact. We have invested your gifts in the sidewalk replacement and ramp installation. As our pledges are paid over the next five years, we will continue to update you on the progress toward our priority needs. As your Pastor, I want to personally thank all who are sacrificing for the work of the Church, and I join you in giving thanks to our generous God.
